			src/cmd/ksh93/data/builtins.c: - sh_optexec[], sh_optdirect[]: Move paragraphs on exit behaviour to the EXIT STATUS section, where people would look for them. - sh_optexec[]: Since we modified b_exec() to support 'redirect', add "ksh93" to the credits to avoid blaming AT&T for our changes.
