	sh_ntfork(): handle SIGTSTP along with SIGTTIN and SIGTTOU
This applies a patch from OpenSUSE that makes SIGTSTP handling consistent with that of SIGTTIN and SIGTTOU. https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/shells/ksh/ksh93-signals.dif
