Martijn Dekker 52dc071a56 bin/package: fix a POSIX-ism (re: 3552a2ba) 
The INIT scripts are supposed to be Bourne shell scripts, not
POSIX, so we can't use $( ... ) command substitutions.

src/cmd/INIT/package.sh:
- Change a POSIX command substitution to old-style backticks.
