Honor ~/.miraclecast or ~/.config/miraclecastrc

Properties avaliable:
- wifid: log-level
- sinkctl: external-player, rstp-port, log-level, log-journal-level, autocmd
- wifictl: log-level, journal-log-level

Command line has always higher priority over ini files
