Subject: [PATCH 274/277] lan78xx: Read initial EEE status from DT

Add two new DT properties:

|
* microchip,eee-enabled - a boolean to enable EEE
|
|
* microchip,tx-lpi-timer - time in microseconds to wait before entering
|
|
low power state
|
